Ingrid Heseltine

Ingrid is the founding director of both De Facto and the ONE Programme. A finalist in two national entrepreneurial awards, Ingrid has been a driving force behind leadership development in the South West of England, bringing national and international names to the region in recent years. Ingrid is a business mentor of many years' standing and also trained as a Life Coach with leading UK Coach Curly Martin at Achievement Specialists.

Michele Perks

Michele is the manager of the ONE Programme. She has had an outstanding corporate career and, alongside the ONE Programme runs a personal training company, Fit-U. As a highly qualified coach / trainer, Michele also contributes to the delivery of the fitness and nutrition modules of the Programme.

Sally Read

Sally has extensive experience in Management Development, Personal Development and Behavioural Skills training and has a proven track record in designing and presenting courses to meet group and individual training needs at all levels.

She has a degree in Psychology from Bristol University, which enables her to develop the behavioural and personal side of any programmes and also contributes to any coaching roles she takes on. She has worked in the public and private sector in both large and small organisations and teams. She is a qualified Life Coach and Investors in People Assessor as well as being a licensed Associate with Franklin Covey Europe. This gives her the experience and the opportunity to run a number of seminars in the South West, including the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Focus and What Matters Most Programmes.

Ruth Reid

Ruth is a highly experienced business woman with a strong track record in both large corporations and entrepreneurial businesses. Cambridge educated, she has over 15 years experience in strategic consulting and senior management in the media sector. As a consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, her clients included leading blue chip corporations. She was made Development Director of a £50m subsidiary of Pearson plc at the age of 33 and went on to set up her own bespoke strategic consulting and business planning company.

Based on her own experience, Ruth believes strongly that effectiveness and happiness at work are underpinned by self-belief and  emotional balance and that coaching and counselling are invaluable tools to achieve this. In recent years, Ruth has refocused her work on coaching and counselling, and her client testimonials reflect her ability in this area:

Paul Hills

Paul has nearly 20 years experience as a management consultant, with expertise in strategy, change management and people development. He has also had experience as a senior manager, including responsibility for a £40M P&L, 25 offices and 600 staff. He has facilitated training and leadership development programmes for a large number of organisations, and brings a strong business focus to the programmes he designs and delivers. Paul has led many major change programmes for organisations, most have involved working with managers to improve capabilities and bring about changes to processes and behaviours. Often the programme design will involve working with senior teams, with parallel sessions run for a wider management population, and senior managers acting as role models and coaches. Paul is also a qualified Franklin Covey trainer.
